Transparent 3PL pricing, built around your volume
Fulfillment pricing is custom because every brand’s volume, mix, and channels are different. Here is exactly how your number gets built — and how to get yours.
The seven things you actually pay for
Every 3PL bill in the industry is built from the same components. The difference is whether your partner explains them before you sign — so here they are, in plain language.
-
Receiving
Getting your inventory checked in — counted, inspected, lot-logged, and shelved. Driven by how your freight arrives: clean palletized deliveries cost less to receive than loose cartons that need sorting.
-
Storage
The space your inventory occupies, billed by what it actually consumes — pallet, shelf, or bin. Driven by SKU count, unit size, and how fast inventory turns; slow movers sit longer and cost more.
-
Pick & pack
The per-order work of pulling items and packing the box. Driven by items per order and packaging complexity — a one-item order is cheaper to pick than a five-item bundle with an insert.
-
Packaging materials
Boxes, mailers, dunnage, inserts. Driven by your product dimensions and how custom your unboxing is — stock mailers cost less than branded kitting.
-
Shipping
The carrier cost of the label, usually the largest single component. Driven by package weight, dimensions, zones shipped to, and speed promised — this is where dimensional weight matters.
-
Returns
Receiving, inspecting, and restocking what comes back. Driven by your return rate and how much inspection each return needs — apparel-style try-ons behave very differently from supplements.
-
Software & integrations
Connecting your carts, marketplaces, and ERP to the warehouse. Standard cart connections are set up during onboarding; anything custom (EDI, ERP work) is scoped in your quote up front.
What happens when you ask for a number
-
Share your volumes
Monthly orders, SKU count, channels. Ranges are fine — the form takes about two minutes.
-
Get a custom walkthrough
A real human builds your quote from your actual mix, then walks you through what drives each component — including what would make it cheaper.
-
Decide with a real number
You leave with a decision-ready quote you can compare line-by-line against your current costs. No pressure sequence attached.

The questions everyone actually asks
Do you have order minimums?
Our sweet spot is established brands doing seven to eight figures in annual revenue. Whether a smaller brand fits depends on order profile and SKU count more than a hard cutoff — ask, and you’ll get a straight answer either way.
How long are your contracts?
Terms are part of the quote conversation, because the right structure depends on your volume commitments and seasonality. Ask for the current standard terms on your walkthrough call — you’ll see them before you sign anything.
Are there peak-season surcharges?
Two separate things drive peak pricing: carrier peak surcharges, which the carriers publish each fall, and warehouse handling during Q4 volume. Your quote spells out how both are handled before peak — not after.
How is storage actually billed?
By the space your inventory consumes — pallet, shelf, or bin locations — over time. SKU count, unit size, and turnover speed drive it: fast-turning inventory occupies space briefly, slow movers accumulate cost. Forecasting with us before big production runs keeps this component honest.
Will I pay for integrations?
Standard cart and marketplace connections are part of onboarding. Custom work — EDI with a retailer, an ERP sync — is scoped in your quote so it never shows up as a surprise line item.
What does switching from my current 3PL cost?
The real costs are freight to move your inventory and receiving it into our warehouse — driven by pallet count and how transfer-ready your current 3PL releases it. We map the transfer as part of your quote so the switch cost is a number, not a fear. See how onboarding works →
